What is included with a General Admission Ticket?
At what age are children required a purchased ticket?
- Children aged 4 to 12 will be classified under the Youth category for an admission ticket (visit the Pricing tab for current pricing).
- Children aged 3 and under can enter for free and do not require a ticket.
- Teenagers aged 13 and older will be classified under the Adult category for an admission ticket. The classification of the admission ticket does not dictate the age requirement for unchaperoned minors (visit the Unchaperoned Minors tab for policy).
How can I purchase tickets?
You may purchase tickets online, over the phone or in person at the box office. In addition, you may purchase tickets at one of the kiosks in the main lobby of the NASCAR Hall of Fame.
Tickets do not need to be purchased in advance of your visit. However, if you’re purchasing a gift, consider purchasing a gift certificate that can be redeemed any time.
Is my ticket valid all-day?

All tickets must have a selected day. However, if you’re unsure of the date of your visit, you can purchase a gift certificate and redeem it any time. Refer to our hours of operation to determine your visitation date.

Where is the main entrance of the NASCAR Hall of Fame?
- The entrance is located off of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. To access the Hall of Fame from the parking garage:
Continue past Buffalo Wild Wings (on your right).
Continue around the corner to your right (past BWW).
The main entrance is located on Martin Luther King Boulevard between Brevard Street and Caldwell Street.
If you’ve reached Caldwell Street/ the Plaza Ceremonial Gardens, you’ve gone too far.
I purchased a ticket online and selected mobile delivery but did not receive my tickets. What do I do?
Check your spam, promotions or other inboxes within your email.
The tickets will be received from guest@nascarhall.com. Try searching for that email address in your inbox.
If you purchased your ticket on the same date of your visit, present your receipt at guest services upon arrival and your tickets will be printed.
If you are still having trouble finding your tickets, but received a receipt, present the receipt at guest services upon arrival and your tickets will be printed.
I bought tickets online for the wrong day by accident, what should I do?
