Entry Period: September 20, 2021 (12:00 a.m. ET) – October 5, 2021 (11:59 p.m. ET)

Introduction: Make a donation in any amount to an individual or team registered to participate in the 2021 Over the Edge fundraising event benefitting the NASCAR Hall of Fame Foundation during the sweepstakes entry period. Submit donation through individual or team registration page on https://charlotteovertheedge.org/ and provide all requested contact information.

As an alternative method of entry, entrants may choose to send an email with their full name, phone number and address with the subject line “Over the Edge Sweepstakes” to overtheedge@nascarhall.com within the sweepstakes entry period. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A payment or purchase will not increase chances of winning.

Eligibility: NASCAR Hall of Fame Foundation Over the Edge sweepstakes is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The contest is only open to individuals who are legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.

Prizes: Prize winners will be drawn on Friday, October 8, 2021. Winners will be notified via the email they provided during entrant submission no later than Wednesday, October 13, 2021. Each winner will receive one (1) of the following prizes.

• Dale Earnhardt Jr. autographed NASCAR Hall of Fame mini helmet
• Four (4) suite tickets for a Charlotte Hornets basketball game
• One (1) hour Guided Tour from NASCAR Hall of Fame Executive Director, Winston Kelley + admission for four (4) guests
• NASCAR Hall of Fame prize pack - Two (2) tickets to the NASCAR Hall of Fame, $25 gift certificate to the Gear Shop
• Charlotte Checkers prize pack
• Queen City prize pack – Charlotte branded t-shirt, S’well bottle and goodies from local artisans.
• $50 VISA Gift Card

The Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority will make reasonable efforts to contact prize winners using information provided on the winning entry form. If a prizewinner does not contact the CRVA within 30 business days after the first initial contact notifying the prizewinner of their winnings, then the CRVA may, at its option, retain the prize.

Each entrant irrevocably grants the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority and its promotional agency the unconditional and perpetual right and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse (without limitation as to when or to the number of times uses) the photo, on an exclusive basis without compensation or approval. The winner's name and/or statements regarding their participation in the contest may be used in media releases or statements without additional compensation. Entrant waives intellectual property rights, privacy/publicity rights or other legal or moral rights that might preclude the Charlotte Regional Visitor Authority's use of any element of the entry.

Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority and its promotional agency (the "Indemnitees") harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) and liabilities (including settlements), brought or asserted by any third party against any of the Indemnities due to or arising out of the use of the entrant's entry.

Termination/Suspensions/Modifications of Sweepstakes: If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the CRVA, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, fulfillment or proper conduct of the contest, the CRVA reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate, modify or suspend the contest and to select the winner by conducting a random drawing from those eligible entries received up to the termination/suspension date.

The CRVA may also disqualify or prohibit an entrant from participating in the contest or winning a prize in this or any other promotion conducted, at its sole discretion, if it determines that said entrant has violated the official rules or has threatened or is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick-entry programs), or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants.

The CRVA reserves the right to make changes in these rules. Any such changes will become effective upon notice via online posting on this page.

Contest Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of CRVA and to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the contest or these official rules. By entering, winners and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless contest entities (CRVA or participating partners) and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from a) acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any contest related activity or participation in this contest, b) any malfunction or other problem with the contest entry sites, c) any error in the collection or retention of entry information, or d) any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize.
