Winston Kelley is Executive Director of the NASCAR Hall of Fame and Vice-President, CRVA. The Hall's mission is to provide memorable and dynamic experiences tailored for diverse and wide-ranging audiences and stakeholders; serve as the recognized home for honoring NASCAR’s legends, evolving history and celebrated heritage and family-oriented traditions; drive economic impact for the Charlotte Region as a signature, be a must-experience iconic landmark; and provide inspiring education and public program experiences through the sport’s legacy of innovation. Prior to joining the CRVA in 2006, Kelley spent more than 27 years with Duke Energy in a wide variety of managerial and executive capacities.

STEVE BAGWELL

Steve Bagwell is the chief executive officer of the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority (CRVA), which is responsible for promoting hospitality, tourism and conventions throughout the Charlotte, N.C. region.

The 250-employee CRVA has an operational budget of $50 million, which includes marketing and new business development programs as well as management of the Spectrum Center, Charlotte Convention Center, Bojangles Entertainment Complex and NASCAR Hall of Fame.
